At the bamboo-covered Yoga Shala on the banks of the Co Co River, you'll enjoy daily practices of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. These morning and afternoon sessions are designed to help you release stress, develop physical and mental balance, cultivate loving kindness, and inner peace, and embrace a new, joyful state of being. Our retreat provides all the necessary tools and support in a safe, nurturing space, surrounded by nature's calming energies and the artistic charm of An Villa.
Imagine starting your days with the soft morning light by the Co Co River, practicing yoga and meditation, and ending with a Soundbath Ceremony or a Healing Massage. Your body and mind will be nurtured through healing practices, wholesome traditional meals, and the tranquil energy of a Vietnamese oasis.
Retreat Schedule
Each day students will gather at the Yoga Shala at 7:30am and 5pm for a 1.5-hour yoga practice in asana, pranayama, and meditation. Our practices will focus on developing the 6 elements of our retreat and the pathway to inner peace.
Sample Daily Schedule
7am - Pre-practice morning tea and fruit
7:30 - 9am - Hatha flow asana, Energizing and balancing pranayama, Meditation
9:30am - Breakfast
After breakfast, the guests will have free time.
5 - 6:30pm - Sunset Practice; Yin or Restorative asana practice, calming & soothing pranayama, yoga nidra or meditation.
7pm - Dinner
On Friday the 20th , there will be a day excursion bicycle tour to Cam Kim and for the sunset practice, there will be a Sound Bowl ceremony.

Day 1 - Arrival, welcome circle & gentle yoga, welcome dinner
Day 2 - Connection: We begin our journey to inner peace by learning to connect with ourselves, our breath, our body, and our inner world.
Day 3 - Awareness: Cultivating awareness is key to unconditional happiness, awareness of your inner world, thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Day 4 - Acceptance: Learn to accept yourself for who you truly are, and to accept the things that you cannot change. Acceptance is the gateway to letting go.
Day 5 - Letting Go, Releasing: Let go of the things that no longer serve you, the things that cause you pain, turmoil, and suffering. This is the foundation for self-love.
Day 6 - Self-love: Cultivate self-loving practices that can rewire your subconscious and develop a loving relationship with yourself and in turn, the world around you.
Day 7 - Excursion Day! Take a trip to Cam Kim Island and around Hoi An, ride bicycles through the tranquil rice fields, observe the making of traditional bamboo woven mats, ride a basket boat, and eat with a local family for a truly authentic experience of Hoi An. Sound bath ceremony sunset practice to heal and nurture your body and soul.
Day 8 - Inner Peace: Today we integrate all the elements that are our foundation blocks to inner peace.

To save your mat, a non-refundable deposit of 13% of the investment is required. The remaining cost is paid directly to the retreat organizer 30 days before the retreat starts.
About the Retreat Facilitator - Rebecca
Rebecca of Aham Prema Yoga is your teacher and facilitator for this Inner Peace Retreat and she is thrilled to welcome you to join her on this soul-healing journey to a more peaceful state of being. With a lifetime of dedication to well-being, Rebecca is passionate about helping people to live a happier, more fulfilling, and peaceful life.
She is excited to share her knowledge gained through years of study, practice, and real-life experiences from her journey in overcoming trauma and cultivating a life of balance. Rebecca is truly passionate about creating a safe, kind, and nurturing space for you, so you can turn your attention inward and dive deeply into connecting with your true self.
Rebecca will guide you into uniting the body and mind through meditative movement, calm and balance the nervous system through pranayama, and master your thoughts through mantra and meditation.
Rebecca is a 560-hour certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher who has been teaching since 2011. She comes from a background in professional dance and has had extensive training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She has a deep understanding of the body, and the safety of her attendees is a top priority to prevent injuries during asana practice.
