Stress and daily pressures often lead to mental and physical exhaustion, but imagine a transformative retreat where each day brings you closer to tranquility and peace.
The 8-night Inner Peace Retreat is set in the tranquil nature-filled surroundings of An Villa, where you can immerse yourself in soul-nurturing wellness with a specially planned schedule that balances wellness practices with ample personal time to explore Hoi An or simply relax at the villa. The setting and program are meticulously designed to relieve stress and anxiety, promote mental calmness, physical rejuvenation, and cultivate a deep sense of connection, awareness, and inner peace. The retreat is facilitated by a team of dedicated and passionate wellness coaches and led by expert guidance from Rebecca, a highly experienced Yoga and Mindfulness Coach, Lara, a Holistic Voice Mentor and Ceremonial Musician, and June, a Transformational Coach.
Retreat Schedule
Each day students will gather at the Yoga Shala at 7:30am and 5pm for a 1.5-hour yoga practice in asana, pranayama, and meditation. Our practices will focus on developing the 6 elements of our retreat and the pathway to inner peace.
Sample Daily Schedule
7am - Pre-practice morning tea and fruit
7:30 - 9am - Hatha flow asana, Energizing and balancing pranayama, Meditation
9:30am - Breakfast
After breakfast, the guests will have free time.
5 - 6:30pm - Sunset Practice; Yin or Restorative asana practice, calming & soothing pranayama, yoga nidra or meditation.
7pm - Dinner
On Friday the 20th , there will be a day excursion bicycle tour to Cam Kim and for the sunset practice, there will be a Sound Bowl ceremony.
daily themes & practice
At the bamboo-covered Yoga Shala on the banks of the Co Co River, you'll enjoy morning and afternoon practices of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, vocal liberation, sound healing, and mindfulness. These morning and afternoon sessions are designed to help you deeply release, develop physical and mental calmness and balance, and cultivate a deep sense of connection, awareness, loving kindness, and inner peace, throughout your entire being. Each day we will focus on a foundational theme to cultivate a peaceful state of being.
Day 1 - Arrival, welcome circle & gentle yoga, welcome dinner
Day 2 - Connection: Develop a deep connection to your breath, body, and inner self.
Day 3 - Awareness: Build self-awareness to positively impact and influence your life.
Day 4 - Acceptance: Learn to truly accept yourself for who you are, accept where you are in this present moment, and accept the things you cannot change.
Day 5 - Letting Go: Deeply release and let go of the things that are holding you back and that no longer serve you.
Day 6 - Self-love: Cultivate loving kindness towards yourself and others.
Day 7 - Self-reflection: Develop the skills to withdraw your senses from the external world and focus on your internal world. This is where we can truly connect and listen to our hearts.
Day 8 - Inner Peace: Embrace a calm, joyful, and peaceful state of being that you can continue to cultivate in your daily life.
Day 9 - Departure
The retreat will provide you with all the necessary tools and support you need in a loving, safe, nurturing space, supported by a team of dedicated female wellness coaches who will guide you through your own personal transformation.

Your days will be complemented by nutritious and delicious traditional Vietnamese meals passed down through the generations and prepared with love. All ingredients are grown in An Villa’s vegetable garden and locally sourced, enhancing your journey to wellness.
Your tastebuds will be tantalized by the culinary delights from An Villa’s “Mum’s Kitchen” through which, you will be connected to Vietnam’s distinctive traditional gastronomic culture, which has been consistently ranked among the world’s most diverse and flavorful cuisines.

Metta Terrace Studio - a charming ground-floor studio has a double bed, kitchenette, shower bathroom, and private terrace with seating overlooking the pool.
Khanti Suite - a fresh and bright double bedroom on the upper-floor has a sofa and shower bathroom. A private balcony overlooks the whole of An Villa and views of the faraway mountain.
The Nest - charming upper-floor double bedroom has a private balcony overlooking An Villa and the green water coconut range. There is a shower bathroom, desk, and a small loft with a single bed.

Rebecca of Aham Prema Yoga is your teacher and facilitator for this Inner Peace Retreat and she is thrilled to welcome you to join her on this soul-healing journey to a more peaceful state of being. With a lifetime of dedication to well-being, Rebecca is passionate about helping people to live a happier, more fulfilling, and peaceful life.
She is excited to share her knowledge gained through years of study, practice, and real-life experiences from her journey in overcoming trauma and cultivating a life of balance. Rebecca is truly passionate about creating a safe, kind, and nurturing space for you, so you can turn your attention inward and dive deeply into connecting with your true self.
Rebecca will guide you into uniting the body and mind through meditative movement, calm and balance the nervous system through pranayama, and master your thoughts through mantra and meditation.
Rebecca is a 560-hour certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher who has been teaching since 2011. She comes from a background in professional dance and has had extensive training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She has a deep understanding of the body, and the safety of her attendees is a top priority to prevent injuries during asana practice.

Combining her knowledge of vibrational healing with a revered belief in the voice as a tool for transformation and self-discovery, Lara guides you through a portal of presence to reconnect with your voice, body, and soul.
Sharing stories that honour the sacredness of life, Lara's performances resonate with an inner warmth, drawing inspiration from a connection to the earth, source, and self. Her methods have evolved through a background in social care and vast experience as a trained vocalist and energy intuitive. Lara’s message rings with grounded intention and whimsical wisdom, guiding with open-hearted integrity to freely explore the energy, vibration, and frequency of your whole being. In addition to musical performances, Lara facilitates celestial sound journeys, one-to-one sessions, and group workshops. Her Vocal Liberation Workshops are a sacred meeting place to connect with your inner world and liberate your free expression. June (or Dung in Vietnamese) is a passionate Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor, Sound Healer, and Transformational Coach. Having overcome personal challenges, including burnout, depression and dissociation, June deeply understands the importance of self-care and inner healing.
Through her own journey, June discovered the power of mind-body practices in cultivating resilience, restoring the sense of self, and finding inner peace. She now guides individuals to connect with their bodies, build capacity to manage stress, navigate emotional challenges, and live life to the fullest.
In this retreat, June will be leading a workshop on "Grounding In Presence,” where participants will learn practical techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves. June will also guide you through a Sound Bath Ceremony with her crystal bowls where you will be transported into a profound state of relaxation and peace.
