Immerse yourself in this three day intensive Reiki Level One Training in Central Vietnam where mindfulness was born. Together we will embark on a transformational journey to release what we are holding to begin the work of taking care of our own energy, so we can learn to be there for others. Over the three days, we will journey through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra, practises of peace, and ceremony to support you in coming home to your balance.
