about Daphnee

Daphnée started practicing yoga in 2010. At an early age Daphnée was seeking relief from depression, anxiety, insomnia, eating disorder, grief and chronic physical tension.

Getting back to yoga everyday in 2017 and discovering how to heal her suffering in life, by breathing slowly and deepening into the breath work. As part of the inner transformational work she found sound healing, reiki and other alternative pathways in self-development. This led her to incorporate the passion for art, movement, and music into Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga, Sound Healing , and now performing journey work.

Her classes blend together alignment based flowing movements, incorporating posture, meditation and mindful cue works. Her sessions highlight the importance of finding balance in body, mind and spirit to live a joyful life. She is passionate in helping people come home to themselves and to feel deeply nourished by finding harmony and calm in their minds and freedom in their bodies from today’s hectic lifestyles.

Siam Reiki - Hands on Treatment

Siam Reiki treatments have quite a different meaning to most concepts of Reiki, as in Thailand a healing modality is required to have a diagnosis to be classified as an energy transfer therapy. With that context Siam Reiki brings an awareness to clients congested energy in the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of this body in life. (60-90min)

Siam Reiki - Distance Healing

Distance Reiki is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables you to give a Reiki session beyond the limitations of time and space. It expands the practitioner’s ability to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical touch. Client will send a portrait photo before session then the Angel card will open to receive the message from higher energy and sharing with client including the information pick up during session when finish (60min)

Private and Group Sound Healing w Crystal treatment

Singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow, eliminate the toxins from the body. When we relax with the sounds of singing bowls or the gong, our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased. Crystal grid will set up before each session following the intuition for holding and supporting energy during session. (60-90min)
